Job Description: Executive Assistant to CEO Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Prepare materials for meetings (agendas, presentations, reports).
- Coordinate travel (flights, accommodations, itineraries).
- Handle correspondence and act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Assist with planning and execution of special projects.
- Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate communication across departments and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Meeting & Event Coordination: -
-Schedule and organize executive meetings, board meetings, and events.
- Coordinate logistics (location, materials, catering).
- Take notes and follow up on action items from meetings.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, clients, and senior management.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior leadership (CEO preferred).
- Project management experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
