Positions Available:
Commis II / Commie 2 – Chinese Cuisine
Commis I / Commie 1 / DCDP – Continental Cuisine
DCDP – North Indian Cuisine
What You'll Be Doing :
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest culinary standards in your section
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times
Assist in menu planning and recipe development for your cuisine specialty
Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Uphold consistency, portion control, and presentation quality for every dish served
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required
What We're Looking For :
Relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort kitchen in the same or next lower position
Specialization in Chinese, Continental, or North Indian cuisine (as per role)
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and safety standards
Passion for culinary innovation and high-quality food presentation
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
