**Qualifications And Skills**
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Halwai - CDP or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian sweets and desserts
- Strong culinary skills and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and precision in food preparation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Creativity and innovation in developing new recipes

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian sweets and desserts according to recipes and specifications
- Ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all sweets and desserts
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events and catering services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
