Category Apparels, Cosmetics, Fragrance, Sunglasses, Watches Job Description : Sales and Profitability Participate in the preparation of the financial budgets (top line) and drive the financial budgets for the concept Create the business roadmap for the concept across stores in the territory in collaboration with the NCMs and AMs for the upcoming financial year Work with the relevant stakeholders for a timely implementation of the business roadmap (buying team, brands, projects team, finance team etc.) Create sales budgets based on the roadmap and business expectations Review sales achievement vis a vis the sales budgets and take required actions to address issues in sales achievement (at an individual KPI level) Concept Layout Planning Review the concept layout, elevation, fixture plan, option capacity and VM treatment with the AMs and sign off along with NCMs, projects & marketing team Reviewand ensure that the concept layout, as signed off in the corporate office along with the projects team, is adhered to at all times (including the circulation plan) Take required actions to ensure that all the required infrastructure and resources are available prior to new store launch People Management Assign responsibilities and set expectations Give regular feedback to team
