Job Description:
Techsaga Corporation Pvt Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the IT software services industry, with a strong focus on lead generation. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and initiate contact through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and conduct initial meetings to understand client requirements and present our services effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT software services industry.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
