Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.- Act as a strategic HR partner to business and function heads.- Ensure execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.2. Talent Acquisition- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure timely, quality hiring.- Coordinate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.3. HR Analytics & Technology- Create and manage dashboards for key HR metrics including hiring, retention, and engagement.- Analyze workforce data to drive insights and strategic decisions.- Leverage HRMS platforms (Peoplestrong) for process automation and data accuracy.Required Skills & Competencies:- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration- Expertise in recruitment and talent management practices- Proficiency in HR analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)- Familiarity with leading HR tech platforms- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to handle confidential information with integrityQualifications:- MBA in HR from a recognized institute- 6+ years of experience inTalent Management, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.- Certifications in HR Analytics, HR Technology, or Talent Management (preferred)- Experience in a supervisory HR role with stakeholder-facing responsibilities- Exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced environment
