Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration - Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals. - Act as a strategic HR partner to business and function heads. - Ensure execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. 2. Talent Acquisition - Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure timely, quality hiring. - Coordinate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring plans. - Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience. - Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. 3. HR Analytics & Technology - Create and manage dashboards for key HR metrics including hiring, retention, and engagement. - Analyze workforce data to drive insights and strategic decisions. - Leverage HRMS platforms (Peoplestrong) for process automation and data accuracy. Required Skills & Competencies: - Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration - Expertise in recruitment and talent management practices - Proficiency in HR analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) - Familiarity with leading HR tech platforms - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Qualifications: - MBA in HR from a recognized institute - 6+ years of experience inTalent Management, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry. - Certifications in HR Analytics, HR Technology, or Talent Management (preferred) - Experience in a supervisory HR role with stakeholder-facing responsibilities - Exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced environment
