Key Responsibilities:Identify learning objectives and content needs with SMEs and stakeholders.Tailor content through audience analysis and regular team collaboration.Develop instructional strategies using proven learning models.Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360 with multimedia and interactive elements.Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices.Test and debug e-learning modules to meet SCORM/xAPI standards.Gather and incorporate feedback to improve training materials.Manage project plans and prioritize tasks for timely delivery.Document processes and provide regular project updates.
Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge Articulate 360 storylineDeep understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.Openness to feedback and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualification:Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.Experience with other e-learning authoring tools.
