This is a full-time on-site role for an Articulate Storyline Designer at Let'sTute in Mumbai . The Articulate Storyline Designer will be responsible for creating interactive training modules, designing videos, and developing engaging content for educational courses. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Location: Matunga Road, Mumbai
Level - Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and related tools.
Design intuitive and visually appealing layouts, templates, and navigation structures.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as animations, audio, video, and simulations.
Work closely with instructional designers and SMEs to create courses aligned with learning objectives.
Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and user experience across all e-learning materials.
Test and debug courses to ensure functionality across various devices and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ensure SCORM compliance and compatibility with industry standards.
Integrate assessments, quizzes, and gamified elements to enhance learner engagement.
Optimize courses for accessibility (ADA compliance) and usability.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 (mandatory).
Familiarity with other e-learning tools like Adobe Captivate , Camtasia , or Rise 360 .
Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , or Canva .
1-3 years of experience in e-learning development.
Proven track record of creating interactive and user-centric e-learning solutions.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
