We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer (Beginner Level) with expertise in Articulate 360 tools to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning content that meets organizational training objectives and enhances learner engagement.

Beginner Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify learning objectives and content needs with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Tailor content through audience analysis and regular team collaboration.
  • Develop instructional strategies using proven learning models.
  • Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360 with multimedia and interactive elements.
  • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
  • Test and debug e-learning modules to meet SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback to improve training materials.
  • Manage project plans and prioritize tasks for timely delivery.
  • Document processes and provide regular project updates.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge Articulate 360 storyline
  • Deep understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with other e-learning authoring tools.
