Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- This role would require to work in US business hours
- 8 years of relevant industry (Banking/Finance) experience
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Financial management
- Resource management
- Business reporting and analysis
- Equipment and access management
- Workspace management
- Onboarding/off-boarding
- Records management
- Service desk and survey support
- Operational risk, legal, and regulatory adherence
- Vendor management
- Business continuity and resiliency planning
- Moving the lines
- Operational support initiatives
- Other core operational functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information, derive the implications, and present them in an effective way, ideally in the Wells Fargo environment.
- Advanced business translation skills - the ability to turn structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that drive business decision-making.
- Extensive experience and solid knowledge of financial management and resource management with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise.
- Superior customer services, business consulting, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word), JIRA, and SharePoint site.
- Demonstrated experience playing a lead role in cross functional or enterprise-wide teams and developing collaborative working relationships with a variety of constituents.
- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives.
- Strong process orientation and enforcement.
- Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, dashboard, and presentations for management/senior leaders.
- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution.
- Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills.
