Business Execution: Covers jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.
The DPG ( Deposit Products Group) Customer Redress consultant will be responsible for Customer Redress program tracking, reporting, data collection and analysis, as well as other governance support activities related to Customer Redress program.
This role will play a critically important role providing transparency and insights on the overall status and effectiveness of DPG Customer Redress program to DPG leadership as well as key stakeholders through dashboard, regular reports, analysis and insights.
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Banking experience is highly preferred, BFSI, Risk & Control experience.
- Experience in MS Visio.
- Basic / Intermediate level experience in SQL & data analysis, Project Management / Process management / Process engineering / Issue management / Remediation management / Risk events and Agile.
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objective.
- Advanced Microsoft Office tools experience namely Microsoft Office PowerPoint skills, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
