Job Description

Disputes Lead, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, Pune:Process management: Monitoring the overall function and ensuring all the process KPIs are adhered to.Workflow management:

Ensuring all the

disputes

are responded to within 24 hours and the corrections queues are completed within the 24 hours of set SLA.Operation Management:

Ensure all the documentations are updated regularly and shared with the teams.Team Management. Regular performance review with the team members against set goals and providing constructive feedback regularly.Stake holder management: Regular connects with onshore partners to review matrix's.Process Improvements: Regular process review to identify the process gaps and work proactively on the finding effective controlsContinuous Learning and Professional Development of the team members: Identifying training needs of the team members and creating training plans to mitigate gapsReporting: Managing the reporting of various analysis required by the various leadership team

The Successful Applicant

Disputes Lead, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, Pune:Ability to work flexible hours depending on the process requirements.Bachelors in accounting or Finance or CommerceAt least 15 plus years of overall experience in

disputes

or

collections

or

OTC

.At least 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Disputes Team handling.Should have managed leads / supervisor as direct reportees.Experience within the logistics or transportation domain (preferred but not mandatory) within Order to Cash (OTC) primarily in handling

dispute resolutions

will be an added advantage.Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.Advance Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.Should be able to perform duties independently and with no supervision.Good interpersonal skills: participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships.Good with team handling, time management, multi-task and prioritize workloads, demonstrated analytical capabilities; effectively identify and resolve problems.
