Job Location : Pune

  1. Investigation of suspected fraudulent transaction on credit cards by doing a detailed root cause analysis, communicate with stakeholders & customers(if required) & recommend process changes
  2. Analyze Delinquent cases, identify process loopholes , identify any trend/ fraud patterns and suggest corrective actions
  3. Preserve and produce evidence and information useful in apprehending fraud suspects for legal actions.
  4. Carry out Audit of embossing Data, RTO cases and audit of vendors on a periodic basis to check for any gaps in compliance
  5. Carry out detailed analysis of cases wherein Customer is Disputing No Application was Made, Work closely with Transaction Monitoring & Dispute Management Team to investigate Fraudulent International & Domestic Transaction
  6. Carry Out InfoSec Data Review to find out Reports of High login attempts on one account, Mass password reset requests ,Multiple changes to an account in one session, Suspicious change in browser use, ISP, New country or VPN use ,Multiple customers using the same IP or device etc.
  7. Carry out Audit of embossing Data, RTO cases and audit of vendors on a periodic basis to check for any gaps in compliance
  8. Carry Out analysis of Data Misuse by verifying Data on Access Levels provided to employees, check for unwarranted access of Customer’s information , Data on sessions - Visits made by a particular employee, Business Data Shared with external parties, Card Unblock & Block Data,Waivers given to Customers & Repayment activity closed ,unjustified waivers given to customer,High Risk verification Data etc.
  9. Use OSINT extensively to derive useful information that will aid the investigation
  10. Work closely with the RCU Teams of partner banks to investigate cases and establish liability




Skills Required :

  1. Education : Any graduate (LLB/ CFE/Master’s in Forensics preferred)
  2. Experience : 5-9 yrs
  3. Proficiency in English, Hindi and MS Office
  4. SQL/Python knowledge is preferred
