The company also announced a partnership with Reliance Jio Platforms, post which Zupee games will distribute its content across all customers using Jio phones. The partnership now gives Zupee the biggest reach of all gaming companies in India, transforming it from a fast-growing startup to a firm contender for the biggest gaming studio in India.

ABOUT THE JOB

Here's what you will do:

  • Be responsible for overall demand dynamics and user growth for the business
  • Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and demonstrate bottom-line results in short, mid and long-term purview of growth & monetization for Zupee
  • Play the role of program manager on strategic or cross-functional projects, and bring timely and useful insight, perspective, and analytical support
  • Closely liaison with the brand, performance, data analytics team to help drive user and business growth
  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives & functional management
  • Drive in-depth product due diligence & integration plan in cases of acquisition opportunities
  • Build a long-term view of trends across the consumer internet ecosystem based on in-depth research (primary, secondary) and data driven analysis. Identify and craft Zupee's role in it, with the intent of building long-term company & product strategy around those vectors.

What are we looking for:

  • 5-8 years of experience in e-comm/D2C category roles (sell side)

  • You have superior strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills, and are capable of formulating and communicating a long-term vision
