About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Professional to drive strategic planning, execution, and oversight of Indian marketing programs for our division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategies: Establish go-to-market strategies for our products, encompassing product launch, lead generation, experiential, and social media.
  3. Lead Generation and Management: Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
  4. Program Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
  5. Collaboration: Coordinate marketing activities with other teams, including Sales Enablement.
  6. Event Management: Manage events and trade shows.
  7. Content Creation: Develop case studies and thought leadership stories.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Master's degree in marketing with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Marketing campaign development and event management experience.
  • Digital Marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels of decision makers.
  • Well-developed organizing and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
