The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore markets.Key Responsibilities- Drive ad sales revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients and agencies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media buyers, and key decision-makers.- Develop customized media solutions aligned with client objectives and campaign requirements.- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and final closure.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in media ad sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.- Strong network and market understanding in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field preferred.What We Offer- Competitive compensation and incentives.- Opportunity to work with leading media brands.- Fast-paced growth environment with strong learning and development support.
