Role and responsibilities

•Part of Enterprise BCM team who work with the senior management in all lines of business / enabling units, to coordinate business continuity governance activities.

•Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program including corporate policy, standards and procedures.

•Support and contribute to the ISO 22301 certification journey.

•Partner with internal teams and contribute to establishing and maintaining processes and practices which effectively ensure that the enterprise program remains current and incorporates/aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate, and adequately covers general contractual requirements.

•Provide proactive support during real time crises situation.

•Development and facilitation of location-wide simulation exercises and tests, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, management of crisis related tools/systems and reports.

•In a relationship management capacity, provide guidance and direction to assigned clientele (Accounts /Enabling Units) to ensure their business continuity management processes are in accordance with LTI’s enterprise-wide business continuity management program and quality standards.

•Support various other initiatives to achieve the overall Business Continuity & Resilience objectives of LTI
