Job Summary

HighRadius is looking for an Experienced Analytics Professional to join our IT Team as an Director. This role responsibilities include actively improving the reporting capabilities through the use of Analytics stack . It involves understanding the requirements, designing and developing the optimal solution and collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. The person in this role is expected to drive projects/initiatives using best project management practices to deliver quality work. We are looking preferably for someone who has hands-on experience on BI Applications/ tools & someone who has managed Teams as well. This is an Internal Facing Role with Stakeholders being various Internal Business Teams


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diverse stakeholders and drive project executions using agile methodologies
  • Expand system use and adoption throughout the organization, by answering “how to” questions and enabling new features and functionality
  • Manage Analytics Team & act as a mentor for the Team
  • Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications
  • Understand new business requirements and map the requirements back to configuration and enhancements of the Analytics Tools
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge base documentation
  • Communicate and escalate if any risks and issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues



Skill & Experience Needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience range: 10+ years
  • Should have worked extensively on Industry Leading BI Tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Qliksense/ Qlikview, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI
  • Should have worked extensively on Industry Leading Data Warehousing Tools like Snowflake, Google Big Query, Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure, Micro Focus Vertica, Teradata, IBM Tools, SAP Datawarehouse Cloud,Oracle Autonomous Datawarehouse, Databricks etc.
  • Should have worked extensively over company wide systems used to establish department processes for over 10 years
  • Security and Data Skills - Understand the Security and Data Management model of the application being supported so that admin tasks can be performed
  • Application Integration Skills - Integrate the application being supported with other upstream and downstream applications in a manner so that the existing processes do not break
  • Should have Effective communication (Written and oral) Skills
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to produce requirements and design for business capabilities that align to HighRadius Strategies
  • Should have skills to come-up with multiple system design options to solve the Business challenge
