Overview: TheSalesforce FSA Lead plays a crucial role in our organization byleading the implementation customization and enhancement of theSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSA) platform. This role isessential in driving the adoption and optimization of theSalesforce FSA solution to meet our business objectives and provideexceptional customer experiences.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead the design andimplementation of Salesforce FSA based on businessrequirements
  • Provide expertise in configuringand customizing Salesforce FSA to align with industry bestpractices
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate Salesforce FSA with other systems andapplications
  • Drive the adoption of SalesforceFSA by providing user training andsupport
  • Develop and maintain documentationrelated to Salesforce FSA configuration processes andguidelines
  • Manage and prioritize ongoingenhancements and feature requests for SalesforceFSA
  • Perform regular system maintenance andensure data integrity within SalesforceFSA
  • Stay updated with Salesforce FSA releasesand evaluate their impact on the existingimplementation
  • Provide insights and analyticson Salesforce FSA usage andperformance
  • Optimize and automate businessprocesses through Salesforce FSA workflows andapprovals
  • Participate in strategic planning andprovide recommendations for the continuous improvement ofSalesforce FSA
  • Lead and mentor juniorSalesforce FSA consultants andadministrators
  • Conduct workshops anddiscussions to gather requirements and designsolutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert forSalesforce FSA and guide stakeholders in leveraging itscapabilities
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator andSalesforce Certified Platform App Buildercredentials
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience inSalesforce CRM implementation andcustomization
  • Proven experience as a leadconsultant in Salesforce FSA implementationprojects
  • Expertise in Salesforce FSAconfiguration customization and datamodeling
  • Demonstrated ability to integrateSalesforce FSA with external systems andapplications
  • Strong understanding of financialservices industry processes and bestpractices
  • Excellent communication andconsulting skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders atall levels
  • Proficiency in Salesforce analyticsand reporting capabilities
  • Experience inleading and mentoring junior teammembers
  • Ability to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions using SalesforceFSA
  • Strong problemsolving skills and theability to handle complex issues related to SalesforceFSA
  • Knowledge of Salesforce LightningExperience and mobile configurations
  • Thoroughunderstanding of Salesforce security model and data privacyregulations
  • Experience in conducting usertraining and providing ongoing support for SalesforceFSA
