Please note we have Saturday and Sunday compulsory working....One week off is allowed in between Monday to Friday. Daily 9 hrs. shift. Either 10 am-7pm/11am-8pm

The Center Coordinator Cum Counsellor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the education center, ensuring smooth academic delivery, managing faculty and student schedules, handling student queries, coordinating with parents, and maintaining effective communication between management, staff, and students. The role involves administrative, academic, and customer service responsibilities to ensure that the institute meets its educational and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Coordination

• Prepare and maintain faculty schedules and allocate classes.
• Ensure timely availability of study material, resources, and classroom arrangements.
• Coordinate with faculty for syllabus coverage and academic planning.
• Monitor student attendance and academic progress, maintaining records.
• Assist in organizing examinations, tests, results, and feedback.
• Handling walk-in, telephonic and email enquiries & converting them to enrollments.

Student & Parent Handling

• Serve as the first point of contact for student and parent queries.
• Maintain student records, track performance, and prepare reports.
• Counsel students on attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Address grievances in coordination with the management.

Administration & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Manage front-desk activities including enquiry handling and admissions support.
• Maintain records of admissions, fees, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for fee collection and reconciliation.
• Handle infrastructure requirements (classrooms, labs, equipment, stationery).

Marketing & Business Support

• Support the center head in implementing promotional and outreach activities.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, orientations, and events.
• Follow up on student enquiries and support admission conversions.
• out house activities includes campus visits in Mumbai and out of Mumbai also

Team Coordination

• Act as a bridge between faculty, students, and management.
• Support in onboarding new faculty/staff.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (Education/Management/Administration preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, or similar role.
• Experience in an educational institute (school, coaching, or training center) preferred.

To increase the sales volume.

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual student enrollment budgets.
• Ensuring adequate batch size is achieved and meeting deadlines of starting a batch.
• Coordinating with faculties and center manager for organizing student selection procedure.
• Streamlining data, updating records, and maintaining reports.

Pay: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
