Role Overview The Marketing Head will lead end-to-end marketing functions — digital, offline, branding, events, content, creative direction, and lead generation. They must understand the company’s products, services, vision, and customers deeply, and then translate that knowledge into powerful marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand communication. This role demands a strategic, mature, hands-on leader who can guide an in-house creative/video team while driving measurable business impact. Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Corporate Communication Understand the company’s vision, industry, and product offerings to shape strong brand messaging. Develop corporate portfolios, capability presentations, brochures, catalogs, case studies, and branded communication. Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communication. 2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and more. Drive and manage a structured lead-generation pipeline aligned with sales objectives. Oversee website updates, content strategy, and conversion optimization. 3. Offline Marketing & Exhibitions Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. Strategize and manage event branding: booth design, content, videos, merchandise, product displays, etc. Prepare crisp marketing content and presentations for events. 4. Content Strategy & Creative Direction Develop and review content for presentations, brochures, social media, videos, and marketing collaterals. Guide the in-house video editing and creative team to produce impactful marketing videos. Ensure content is technically accurate and aligned with industry standards. 5. Marketing Operations & Decision Making Drive the annual marketing strategy, planning, and budgeting. Track performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI. Take independent decisions on marketing tools, campaigns, vendors, and branding approaches. Collaborate with top management to design new marketing initiatives. 6. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and strengthen the internal marketing team (designers, editors, content team). Build a high-performance marketing function with clear processes and timelines. Required Skills & Experience 10–15 years of end-to-end marketing experience (B2B/industrial/engineering background preferred). Strong expertise in both digital and offline marketing . Proven experience with corporate branding, PPTs, brochures, videos, and marketing collaterals. Ability to direct creative teams and produce high-quality marketing content. Successful track record in marketing-led lead generation. Prior exposure to exhibitions, trade events, and industry-specific marketing. Strong decision-making, communication, and strategic thinking ability. Mature, independent, and capable of handling the entire marketing vertical.
