The AI Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end automation workflows that enhance MSP operations. This role requires advanced scripting, integration skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while leading automation deployment projects.Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree.- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, DevOps, or Automation Engineering (MSP experience preferred).- Proficiency in Python and PowerShell.- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling.- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or Tines.- Working knowledge of RMM/PSA systems like ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, or N-able.- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as prompt engineering and vector databases.Responsibilities:- Design and build advanced automation workflows integrating PSA, RMM, and AI platforms.- Create and maintain scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline recurring MSP processes.- Develop integrations using REST APIs (ConnectWise, Datto, N-able, etc.).- Architect AI-enabled workflows leveraging LLMs, RAG, and data enrichment.- Mentor and support L1 engineers in workflow design and execution.- Manage deployment and optimization of automation solutions with measurable business outcomes.- Ensure compliance, data governance, and documentation across all automation projects.Our Culture and You:What does the day in life look like for the AI Automation Engineer?You come to work each day in an environment that promotes a community of collaboration and engagement.
