Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Relations and Placements Executive based in Delhi, India. The candidate will be responsible for managing corporate relations, conducting training sessions, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate placements for students. Organizational skills are essential for coordinating corporate events, workshops, and placements activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Providing career counselling to the students.
To receive the personnel and provide necessary inputs about the college and to co-ordinate placement
Help students develop a Page and have these linked to the University / Institution page.
Arranges guest lectures, workshops, seminars, industrial visits & educational tours for students.
Responsible for interaction with different industries for functioning of EDPs/ MDPs.
Responsible for all the activities relating to the students placement
To correspond to prospective companies for interview date and schedule of events.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Training abilities
Excellent communication skills written and verbal and negotiation skills
Effective Organization Skills
Experience in corporate partnerships and placements
Ability to network and build relationships with industry professionals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
Previous experience in career services or student placements is a plus
Candiates with 2-3 years of experience in the same field are preffered.
