IILM University is looking to expand our Industry Engagement Team. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Placement Managers for Industry outreach and Campus recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industry placements and a strong network with leading companies in the corporate world.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute placement strategies for the program

Build and maintain relationships with companies to facilitate placements

Ensure high placement rates for the concerned Program

Guide and mentor students for successful placements

Coordinate with the Corporate Resource Cell for various placement activities


Requirements:

Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong networking abilities with leading companies

Understanding of the latest industry trends and requirements

Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and external stakeholders
