We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Head to join our state of the art manufacturing company who is subject matter expert of Cyber Security & Information Security domain and Lead the central IT Security portfolio of Exide Energies


Main Responsibilities


IT Security Roadmap & Projects

• To build strategy on implementing security standards across People, Process and Technology as NIST Cybersecurity framework Standards

• Act as Solution architect for security setup for both IT & OT Infra Setup, Application Stack, Cloud Setup, Industry 4.0 Solutions.

• Develop, Enhance / Security Roadmap, solutions (As is Vs to be)

• Evaluate & Implement Cyber Security/Information Security solutions in line with Market trends &

Business Requirements

• Recognize the emerging technology trends and ensure cybersecurity controls are implemented

to secure the ever-changing landscape

• Build partnerships with Security products Vendors and Security Solution providers

• Ensure the technologies are meeting the regulatory guidelines as per Cert-in etc.

• Lead, Strategize Security training for Internal IT Teams & Awareness trainings for the

Business Teams such as R&D, Mfg, Supply Chain and other functions



IT Security Operations

• IT Security framework effectiveness and effective cybersecurity management using proactive monitoring mechanism governance structure

• Leads discussions on Security issues and ensure timely resolution and prepare RCA

• Acts as escalation point for Major Security incidents, issues or problems

• Support the Internal IT Team in ensuring identified Security control gaps are understood and

Remediated

• Continuous VAPT exercises across the different IT stacks both IT & OT

• Continuous Training mechanism for different type of users to ensure people act as first line

of defense

IT Security Risk Management & Governance


• Strong Review and Governance structure for Security Operations and regular security

operations Review

• Review of IT Team & Business teams related systems & processes to ensure they are aligned with Information Security policies and Security process

• Understand key cybersecurity considerations in relation to the Applications and Infra platforms, Including Cyber Security Risks & Controls

• Perform Security Risk Assessment on IT Infrastructure, Application, Cloud and New Requirements

• Prepare Security Risk Dashboard & Publish to Stake holders, Track Risk Remediation & Ensure Remediation

• Ensure participation in Management forum and provide update on security posture of the Organization

IT Audits & Compliance

• Ensure Internal/External Audits are carried out as per Schedule

• Coordinate with Teams during Audit

• Collect, Review and submit the evidence from teams to audit within Agreed timelines

• Follow up on post audit remediation and closures of finding



DESIRED PROFILE


Education & Experience


• BE, MBA is added advantage

• 10-15 Years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity Role


DESIRED SKILLS


Functional & Behavioral


• Experience and Knowledge of Security best practices for IT Infra, OT Infra, Application and Cloud environments

• Certified ISO auditor and hands on experience in implementing and managing ISO 27001 framework

• Need experience in leading and owning the cybersecurity and information security practices for the organization

• Hands-on experience with Security technologies and Project management & support for security products

• Understanding and implementation of Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity framework

• Certification in CISSP, CISA and CEH is preferred

• Manufacturing Industry experience such as OT Security is preferred

• Certification in Cloud and Cloud Security is preferred
