Inside Sales Specialist's Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to prospective clients and organizations proactively across India.
- Incoming leads from website
- LinkedIn contacts
- Marketing event attendees
- Registration and attendees of various company events
- Other social media platforms
- Creating and driving sales pipeline across India.
- Proactively source new leads and use closed-loop lead management to ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Make high volume of outbound sales calls and emails to prospects daily
- Maintains knowledge of competitors to strategically position the company's services better.
- Use specialty expertise and email marketing automation tools to seek out new opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.
- Closely coordinate with customer from lead to opportunity closure.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Preparing account card for prospective clients and organisations
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs to promote products and services.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM, keeping a clean Database.
- Responding to client queries about solution, pricing and ensuring customer satisfaction. What Inside Sales Specialist will bring as role Requirements:
- Any degree from an accredited University/Institution.
- Min. 4plus years of proven outbound B2B software or IT /Telecom Service or IT Hardware sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional language
- You're not shy on the phone and you are able to handle objections and turn them into a yes
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- You're a natural listener and excellent communicator
- You're flexible, resilient and adaptive
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
