Talent Acquisition Manager

Location : Chennai - WFO
Work timing : US Night shift
Scope: This position is responsible for actively searching for potential candidates using various sourcing techniques. Interact with potential and current candidates, craft recruiting emails, and coordinate with clients to understand the position requirements. Additionally, develop talent pipelines, measure conversion rates, and maintain candidate databases. Their main objective is to identify and attract qualified candidates to fill job vacancies.
Function:
Managing candidate sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding activities
Participate in identifying and developing a pipeline of prospective candidates for employment
Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Negotiate salary and offers with the candidates as required
Facilitate onboarding such as sending out offer letters, conducting background checks, and other paperwork
Cultivate relationships with external, often passive, talent, using a variety of techniques to identify and contact candidates.
Execute recruiting strategies and external partnership programs designed to raise awareness of our client and support recruiting efforts.
Track candidate activity to anticipate recruitment opportunities.
Partner with Recruiters and networks to improve employee referrals, sourcing, and diverse representation in hiring.
Required qualifications:
At least 10+ years of managing and running a full lifecycle recruiting in a high growth environment
Hands on experience in hiring and placing Full time/W2/1099 & Corp to Corp candidates
Experience working with Direct Clients, State client, Strong experience working on RFP’s / MSP Models is required.
A strategic and proactive approach to sourcing and nurturing prospective candidates
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive a recruiting strategy
Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Must have experience in using job portals (Expert in LinkedIn, Monster, DICE) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates
Experience working with senior leadership to manage difficult scenarios, expectation setting, and use of persuasion and effective communication to gain buy-in
Strong experience in tax terms, negotiations, building relationships
Self-starter with the ability to work virtually and independently; Strong desire to grow personally and professionally
Professional and a team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization
Previously managed a high-performance recruiting team is highly preferred
Desired qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
General office policies and procedures.
Business English (spelling, punctuation, grammar, format and tone).
The use of standard office equipment, including computers and relevant software
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Multitask and prioritize workload.
Follow established policies and procedures.
Communicate professionally.
Understand and respond to written and oral directions and inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and consultants.
