They are committed to bringing the right people together with the intention of securing and growing our revenue. As a Customer Success Representative for Renewals, you will work with a specific group of customers to sustain and grow renewal rates. Working together to resolve any issues Accountable for maintaining an accurate customer master record such as buying programs, contract renewal dates, customer contact information and customer sentiment Uncover and identify accounts at risk and work to develop a strategic plan to mitigate uncertainty and drive customer satisfaction Recognize industry trends to help develop relevant programs to improve New Relic customer retention Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external collaborators Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to advise strategy and decision-making This role requires 1+ years experience in sales, renewing contracts or customer success English or language skills for GEO  Hybrid working experience Bonus points if you have Experience or understanding of DevOps Experience of consumption-based selling  Experience of sales methodology
