Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for building relationships?
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our remote sales team as an Outbound Sales Representative & Seller Manager. This role combines the excitement of sales with the strategic challenge of vendor management.
What you'll do:
Drive sales growth: Identify and convert potential clients through outbound calls, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Build strong vendor partnerships: Onboard new vendors, pitch our models, and foster long-term relationships.
Master communication: Engage with diverse audiences, tailoring your approach to resonate with different cultures and backgrounds.
Leverage data: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and refine sales processes.
What you'll need :
Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Punjabi/Gujarati and Hindi preferred.
Proven sales experience, with a track record of success.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Experience in vendor management or account management is a plus.
