Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR (Team Lead / Senior Team Lead / Assistant Manager) at Solid State Practice located in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing and managing accounts receivable processes, leading a team, ensuring timely debt collection, and accurately maintaining financial records. The candidate will be accountable for analyzing financial data, communicating with stakeholders, and improving existing financial processes and strategies.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing AR team.
  • Drive AR operations, ensure timely collections, and resolve denials effectively.
  • Monitor key metrics, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding client results.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience
    in AR within the healthcare RCM industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in AR processes, reporting, and workflow management.
