CRM Executive

Job Summary: As a CRM executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to enhance customer engagement, drive marketing campaigns, and support lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with HubSpot or other CRM tools and a strong understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation.
Designation – Executive - CRM
Locations – HSR, Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
· HubSpot Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM system.
· Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and lead nurturing programs within HubSpot.
· Segmentation & Targeting: Create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing efforts, leveraging HubSpot’s segmentation tools.
· Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze CRM reports to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align CRM activities with sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
· Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
· Integrate multi-communication tools Emails, WhatsApp, SMS into CRM
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM tools with a strong focus on customer engagement and marketing automation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
