For North America region
Identify Hyper Relevant Accounts that are most likely to buy Searce Product/Services & Become High Value Customers
Profile the Target Audience (Decision Makers, Champion & Influencers) - Research, Segment & Focus on Searce’s Ideal buyer
Gain a deep understanding of Searce’s products, services, and the industry we serve to effectively communicate our value proposition & build relationships
Create & Execute effective outbound Prospecting Cadences to engage with leads through multiple touchpoints, including phone calls, emails, and social media
Discover the Prospects’ need, pain point or challenge they are trying to solve while understanding the Authority, Current Process, Tech stack etc.
Collaborate with Account Owners to ensure a smooth handoff of Qualified Meetings.
Meet & Exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly BDR targets and KPIs
Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Practice to align sales efforts, share insights, provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
Constantly & Creatively tweak your Approach to Generate Qualified Opportunities, Pipeline & influence Revenue from New Logos
Qualification
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Interactive Media or a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience of prospecting outbound Leads
Ability to Handle objections, Build and maintain strong, Long-lasting relationships with the Decision makers.
Experience working with tools like Zoominfo, LInkedIn & Sales Engagement Platform.
Experience in selling professional services (cloud,data & AI)
