Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd in Pune. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads for new business opportunities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients

• Conduct outreach to generate interest and generate appointments

• Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients

• Provide regular updates on lead status and progress towards targets


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• A strong passion for sales

• Self-motivation with a positive attitude

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MQL, BANT, AG, or B2B Sales is a plus
