Business Development Representative Us Shift

POSITION OVERVIEW:We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing Business Development team. The Business Development Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the company and be a part of building a world-class sales development organization.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target marketIdentify new customer opportunities by raising awareness and generating interest in the company through various approaches, including cold-callingFollow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updatedAddress customer and partner inquiries, providing information and appropriate solutions based on specific needs and interestsCollaborate with team members to share and learn from best practicesSchedule initial discovery calls for Account ExecutivesMeet or exceed activity goalsMaintain a positive, professional 'total customer service' attitudeMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work hybrid from PuneAbility to work US business hours PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s DegreeRelevant professional sales experienceCold calling and objection handling experienceSales tools experience preferred (Salesforce, Linkedin, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc)Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools like DemandBaseStrategicFocused and PersistentOrganized
