Our industry-leading solutions are transforming energy companies across the entire value chain, helping visionary leaders evolve their organizations into modern energy companies.Who we are looking for:Are you excited by challenges?Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment?Then now is the time to join Quorum Software, a rapidly growing company and industry leader in oil & gas transformation.What You Will Do:Involved in providing EC Level 2 Application Software Support and responsible for Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem managementResponsible to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve code errors, and fix bug issues within the software applications with SLAsUnderstand and assess customer’s reported issues to determine prioritizationResponsible to integrate the technical knowledge and business understanding to consult and provide solution to customerManage and ensure documentation of assigned incidents, including internal and external communicationsProvide mentoring and technical knowledge sharing to junior team membersWork closely with Continuous Service Manager for process improvement and delivering high-quality standards & productsMaintain strong adherence to Service Level AgreementsWorking flexibly in shift or on-call duty to be able to provide continuous support to customers 24/7Other duties as assignedWhat to Bring:Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.At least 4 year(s) of working experience in delivering EC solution support or solution implementation is required for this positionMentoring skills, having experience training team members and provide guidance and assistance in technical and EC SupportGood documentation skills, maintaining technical and support knowledge articlesHaving experience and exposure to conducting training sessions to internal teamsGood technical skills in software technologies such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL within Linux and Windows environmentGood experience in writing monitoring and automation scripts using Perl or ShellGood technical experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving code errors, and fixing bug issues within the software applications with SLAsExperienced in Datacenter & Cloud Infrastructure services (i.e., AWS and Azure) would be added advantageExperienced in the ITIL Concepts of IT Service Management and how it applies to IT Customer Support, Ticket Resolutions and EscalationsExperienced in using IT Service Management Tools (ServiceNOW, JIRA, etc) to manage Customer Service Management engagements.Good analytical, problem-solving skills to resolve issues as well as providing short-term and long-term solutionsCandidates with experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or hydrocarbon accounting are encouraged to applyProficient in communicating to stakeholders in English, particularly with global customersA team player, self-motivated and enjoys working in a multi-cultural environmentAdditional DetailsVisa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.About Quorum SoftwareQuorum Software connects people and information across the energy value chain.
