About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven SaaS Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and positioning our SaaS solutions to meet customer needs. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking events to engage with potential clients.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of activities and prospects in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in SaaS/technology).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo).
  • Understanding of subscription-based revenue models and customer success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹250,000.00 per month
