Job Tittle: Sales Executive

Location: Delhi (NSP)

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry (paper bags, pouch bags, rice bags, etc.) and candidates who are interested to Malleable (willing to be shaped or trained) in Packaging industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead conversion, client handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify, filter, and convert potential leads into customers.

Follow up with potential clients through WhatsApp Business, calls, and meetings.

Handle and convert leads generated from stall visits, catalogs, and lost business data.

Sales & Client Handling:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Handle top-to-bottom sales processes, including pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Implement effective client handling tricks to improve business growth.

Business Growth & Promotion:

Promote products through WhatsApp Business, social media, and direct client interactions.

Work on strategies to improve sales and expand the customer base.

Industry-Specific Focus:

Preference for candidates who are interested to Malleable (willing to be shaped or trained) in the packaging industry (paper bags, pouch bags, rice bags, etc.).

Understanding of the industry trends and customer requirements.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in packaging or related industries).

Skills: Lead conversion, client handling, business development, data filtering, and lost business recovery.

Preferred Industry: Packaging (paper bags, pouch bags, rice bags, non woven bags etc.) and candidates who are interested to Malleable (willing to be shaped or trained) with our industry.

Location: Delhi (NSP) Local candidates preferred.

Salary: 15K – 25K per month (based on experience & performance).
