NOTE: Preferred candidates should be from an IT Service Industry background or have previous experience working in the IT industry. The location of the job will be Ahmedabad.


Creative Hustlers is growing and is on the lookout for the next hustler to join our team as a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing contacts & and converting them into contracts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Data Sourcing and Management:- Generate leads through various channels like upwork, linkedin, emails, social media platforms, snov.io etc of prospects or agencies looking to outsource their development work in web & mobile app technologies. Maintaining the list and taking them to the next level to quality.

2. Sales Meetings:- Setting sales meetings with door openers or decision makers to understand their requirements, budget, urgency of need of product or service.

3. Sales Proposals:- Creating effective proposals to be shared with clients covering all needs, requirements, effective pricing after getting approvals from senior management.

4. Sales Conversion:- Effective follow ups and meetings to close projects/deals. Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close the clients & generate revenue.

5. Client Coordination:- Maintaining healthy relationship with clients for repeat orders, coordinating their needs, requirements to concerned teams for resolutions and delivery of product/services.


REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Must Have Skills-

  • Must have min 6 months of International IT sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges. A CAN-DO Attitude when it comes to Sales :)


Good To Have Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of SDLC Cycle & how IT Outsourcing Industry Works.
  • Ability to communicate with Client Independently.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end Sales cycle (preferably the Canada/US/UK market).
