Position: Sales Head (National & International)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Gandhinagar
Experience: 8 years and above of relevant work experience
Qualification: B. E in Instrumentation & Control Or Electronics & Communications
Or B.Sc with MBA in Marketing or International Marketing
Responsibilities:
Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback both
nationally and internationally. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
achieve company goals and targets.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling,
networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,
understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, road shows and presentations to educate
customers on our products and services.
Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in
collaboration with the sales team and management.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing,
tendering team and customer service, to ensure seamless customer
experience and satisfaction.
Generating & Developing Channel business.
Develop sales funnel for greater business development.
Develop and maintain Distributor / Dealer Channel and have joint visits for
product promotion.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market
developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback
Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-
site visits as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial instrumentation,
process automation, or related industries.
Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to
effectively communicate technical concepts to customers.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport
and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer
satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
