Experience: 8 years and above of relevant work experience

Qualification: B. E in Instrumentation & Control Or Electronics & Communications

Or B.Sc with MBA in Marketing or International Marketing

Responsibilities:

 Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback both

nationally and internationally. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to

achieve company goals and targets.

 Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling,

networking, and market research.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,

understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

 Conduct product demonstrations, road shows and presentations to educate

customers on our products and services.

 Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in

collaboration with the sales team and management.

 Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing,

tendering team and customer service, to ensure seamless customer

experience and satisfaction.

 Generating & Developing Channel business.

 Develop sales funnel for greater business development.

 Develop and maintain Distributor / Dealer Channel and have joint visits for

product promotion.

 Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market

developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

 Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback

 Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-

site visits as needed.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial instrumentation,

process automation, or related industries.

 Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to

effectively communicate technical concepts to customers.

 Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport

and influence decision-makers.

 Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer

satisfaction.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
