Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
Business Development Manager
to drive
B2C sales
in the South Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 5 years of experience in the EdTech industry and be proficient in one or more South Indian languages . You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Analysis:
Identify and evaluate potential markets and opportunities in the South Indian region, focusing on the B2C segment.Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share in the B2C space.Client Acquisition & Management:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential customers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on expanding the company's reach in the South Indian market.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to align business strategies.Reporting & Analysis:
Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, specifically in B2C sales within the EdTech industry.Language Proficiency:
Fluency in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is essential.Educational Background:
