We're Hiring: Telesales Executive – EdTech Franchise Sales
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for education and business growth? Join our dynamic team and help us expand our footprint across India through franchise sales
Location: (SVAM Tower, Janakpuri West)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience + incentives)
Week Offs:
- Fixed off on Sunday
- Second Saturday off every month
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to handle outbound franchisee sales calls for our growing EdTech brand. You'll be reaching out to potential partners and entrepreneurs who are interested in bringing quality education to their region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchise leads
- Pitch our EdTech franchise model and explain the business opportunity
- Follow up with leads and schedule virtual/in-person meetings
- Maintain CRM and call logs accurately
- Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Prior telesales experience preferred (experience in education or franchise sales is a plus)
- Ability to explain business models clearly and confidently
- Goal-oriented and self-driven
