ROLE OVERVIEW

Mirats Insights is seeking a seasoned Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our elite Client Service team. This pivotal role will empower you to lead enterprise-level client engagements, providing strategic oversight, high-value insights, and seamless service delivery that meets our clients’ ambitious objectives. You will own end-to-end responsibility for key accounts, focusing on revenue assurance, margin optimization, and service excellence within a high-performance, data-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Client Partnership: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Revenue & Profit Management: Oversee revenue targets and margin assurance for assigned accounts, closely monitoring profitability through detailed cost tracking and financial forecasting.
  • Advanced Market Research Solutions: Design and implement cutting-edge research methodologies, leveraging a blend of quantitative and qualitative tools to address complex business challenges with precision and depth.
  • Enterprise Project Leadership: Manage multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality through robust project planning and resource allocation.
  • Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities within and beyond existing client portfolios, strategically expanding Mirats Insights’ footprint in key market sectors.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence through ongoing coaching, skills development, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Insightful Client Presentations: Present findings and recommendations to senior client executives, translating data insights into strategic actions that support client objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline client servicing processes, ensuring efficiencies that enable superior service delivery and support scalability.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: 4-6 years in client service within enterprise-level market research or consumer insights, with a solid foundation in client relationship management.
  • Education: MBA or a Master’s degree in Market Research, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Market Research Expertise: Proven knowledge in consumer and brand research methodologies, with demonstrated experience in advanced quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
  • Financial Acumen: Skilled in P&L management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and optimize margins in a high-stakes, competitive environment.
  • Leadership & Influence: Strong team management skills with experience in developing and leading diverse, cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.
  • Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical abilities, with expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Communication & Presentation: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at the C-suite level.
