Job Description:
Finance Buddha is looking for smart product management professionals to lead our digital initiatives. If you are someone who has a founder mentality, and you are excited to take ownership and drive others to take ownership and see projects through to completion, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of product folks, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage products through their complete lifecycle of Research and Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Release, and Iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Manage product launch processes, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
- Track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone who has shipped product(s) in the past and has managed at least one product through the complete product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's product portfolio.
- 2 to 4 years of experience working in product management, project management, or program management.
