We are currently seeking an AI Engineer (LLM Integration experience is a must) for our client, Cisco . Location: Hybrid – Cessna Business Park, Bangalore Role: AI Engineer Type: Ongoing Contract (Long Term ) Engagement Details: This is a long-term contract role with no fixed end date . There is no bond or mandatory term commitment . Should you choose to explore other opportunities in the future, a 30-day notice period will ensure a smooth transition. If you are selected, we expect you to commence employment after serving your 10 days’ notice period Role Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain generative AI workflows and intelligent agent systems using Python Develop and deploy containerized microservices on cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, Azure ) Integrate with LLMs via APIs (e.G., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and implement prompt engineering best practices Build agent orchestration tools using LangChain, ReAct, CrewAI , or similar Manage data through vector databases (e.G., ChromaDB, Pinecone) and support RAG pipelines Implement API proxies, session handling, and secure authentication (JWT) Set up observability tools ( logging, tracing, monitoring ) for AI agents Collaborate across distributed teams and document architecture decisions Rapidly prototype and iterate using metrics, logs, and feedback Apply security best practices to LLM integrations Required Skills 3–5+ years of experience with Python , including async and modular design Strong hands-on experience with Docker/Podman and cloud deployment Familiar with FastAPI , REST, WebSocket APIs Experience with LLM agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAgents Understanding of prompt/response logging , token usage , and cost tracking Proficient in Git and CI/CD pipelines Strong written communication; comfortable in remote/distributed teams
