Role : AI Chatbot Developer Co Pilot Studio & RAG Specialist (Custom Bots) Designation : AI Chatbot Developer Co Pilot Studio & RAG Specialist (Custom Bots) Location : Hosur Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days (Preferred) About the Role :We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI Solutions Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of next generation AI agents and custom chatbots. This role is central to our strategy, focusing on leveraging Azure Co Pilot Studio to create scalable, secure, and highly effective conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience extending Co Pilot Studios capabilities through custom code, implementing advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and integrating enterprise systems to deliver sophisticated, multi tenant bot architectures. You'll be instrumental in turning complex business requirements into intuitive and powerful conversational experiences. Key Responsibilities :Co Pilot Studio Development & Customization : - Design, build, and deploy enterprise grade conversational AI agents using Azure Co Pilot Studio . - Extend Co Pilot Studio functionality through custom code, Power Automate flows , and Azure Function Apps (C# or Python) for seamless integration with back end systems. - Implement security best practices and ensure compliance for all deployed bots within an enterprise environment. RAG Pipeline & Custom Bot Specialization : Design and implement end to end Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for both Co Pilot Studio and standalone custom chatbots (built in Python ). - Develop and integrate vector databases, knowledge indexing solutions, and advanced chunking strategies to enhance context retrieval and generate accurate responses. Enterprise Integration & Workflow Orchestration : Integrate AI agents with internal and external enterprise applications using various APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware services. Architect and implement complex multi tenant bot architectures that are scalable, secure, and easily maintainable. Utilize Azure services (e.g., Azure Bot Service, Cognitive Services, OpenAI Service) for advanced functionality and orchestration. Technical Leadership & Deployment : Participate in the entire bot lifecycle, from requirements gathering and conversational design to production deployment and post launch optimization. Ensure all agents are deployed with robust logging, monitoring, and performance tracking capabilities. Maintain detailed technical documentation for all custom integrations and deployment processes. Required Skills & Experience : Experience : - 3- 6 years of hands on experience in AI/chatbot development, with a significant focus on Azure Co Pilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents). Production Deployment : - Proven track record of successfully deploying at least 5 AI Agents in a production or enterprise environment. RAG Expertise : - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing RAG based chatbots , covering both - Leveraging RAG features within Co Pilot Studio . Building custom, standalone RAG pipelines using Python (e.g., with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom vector search implementations). Custom Agent Implementation : - Strong ability to extend and customize bot functionality beyond out of the box features using Azure Functions, custom connectors, and API integrations. Technical Proficiency : - Proficiency in Python for custom bot development and data manipulation. - Experience with Azure Services relevant to AI (e.g., Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure OpenAI). - Solid understanding of conversational design principles and user experience best practices for chatbots. Enterprise Focus : - Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements for AI solutions.
