We're on the hunt for a Group Head – Social Media, aka The Mastermind of Memes, Metrics & Madness.

If your idea of fun is crafting strategies that make brands go viral, managing high-ticket global accounts without losing your cool, and turning analytics into art, then welcome to your next big break.

What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)

● Strategy Sorcery: Architect and execute kickass social media strategies that align with business goals and make brands trend for the right reasons.

● Content Wizardry: Lead the charge on content that entertains, engages, and converts (bonus if you can write captions that make people stop scrolling ).

● Campaign Commander: Run social media ad campaigns like a pro – optimizing, tweaking, and ensuring ROI that makes clients grin.

● Community Whisperer: Engage with online communities like the digital socialite you are – respond, nurture, and grow them.

● Number Ninja: Decode analytics, reports, and performance dashboards into insights that drive action.

● Mentor Mode: Guide, inspire, and push your social media squad to deliver their best work, while keeping chaos creative.

Skills You'll Need to Flex

● A content-creating mindset (you dream in reels, carousels, and trending audio).

● Basic design skills (Canva doesn't scare you; Adobe Suite excites you).

● Analytics & reporting prowess (you love turning data into decks that wow).

● Hands-on experience with high-ticket global brand accounts.

● Solid grasp of social media tools ( LinkedIN analytics, Meta suite).

● Presentation skills that make clients go: "Okay wow, where do we sign?"

What We're Looking For

● 6+ years in social media management (agency experience mandatory).

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications (MBA is nice, but your ideas matter more).

● Someone who's equal parts creative thinker, analytical mind, and cool-headed leader.

● Passion for social media trends, storytelling, and making brands impossible to ignore.
