This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has 5+ years of work experience in production management and wants to work in a start-up like environment.
As a junior producer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our visual marketing materials while working closely with production houses, studios , photographers, stylists and models to bring each brand’s vision to life. In this role, the candidate must be a quick problem-solver and an effective negotiator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the creative producer on all shoot requirements across catalogue, campaign and social media shoots.
- Organise and manage all aspects of the photoshoot production process, including scheduling, budgeting, logistics and billing.
- Coordinate with creative team to understand project requirements and timelines
- Program manage shoot calendar with external studio partners
- Scout and build a city-wise database of creative talent, production houses and external vendors such as studios, equipment rental companies and location scouts.
- Maintain and consistently update the casting database for models across multiple agencies & solve for fit challenges using knowledge of model pool
- Single threaded owner of all communication with production and onset crew to ensure productivity is efficient and deliverables are met. Highlight and escalate wherever required
- Develop and execute solutions during unexpected circumstances, being highly adaptive to growing business needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in a production or coordination role, preferably with a production house or a studio.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial e-commerce studio workflow and campaign shoot processes
- Diverse portfolio of managing photoshoots – across indoor, outdoor, model, product, video and statics.
- Strong interest and knowledge about fashion and future trends in production and innovation
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
