With a team of 70 professionals, we prioritize innovation and excellence in our products.
As a content writer, you would be responsible for curating all content efforts across SEO, paid marketing, sales enablement, and website. The scope of the role would extend to creating and updating content to achieve strong brand awareness, thought leadership to enhance demand generation, and developing user adoption collateral. The content writer must be able to collaborate across teams effectively to produce high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
Create compelling content across multiple platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and sales materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, design) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the product team to learn about the company's products and solutions, ensuring a deep understanding to effectively communicate their value propositions and benefits to the target audience.
Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, including content ideation, creation, and distribution plans across various channels. Execute these strategies by producing high-quality, engaging content tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audience.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Identify and refine blog topics and gated content like ebooks, white papers, etc.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing, applying relevant insights to enhance our content strategy.
Analyze content performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Maintain close collaboration and communication with the marketing and product teams to gather essential inputs for content creation.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
2+ years of experience as a content writer preferably in the SaaS industry.
Proficiency in content management software such as WordPress, Wix, WebFlow, or similar CMS
Familiarity with writing on technical topics following writing fundamentals such as parallelism, consistency, and readability.
To be familiar with the Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publication, Microsoft Writing Style Guide, or something similar.
To be familiar with content chunking concepts for easy understanding of the readers.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals such as writing SEO blog titles, meta-descriptions, and alt text for images required for publishing articles on the CMS.
Having a working knowledge of Google Keyword Planner and any other SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush is a plus.
Understanding content marketing is a plus.
*Preferred candidates with an experience between 2 - 5 years in writing. Not suitable for Candidates with more than 5 years of experience.
