Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct vehicle evaluation, diagnose faults, and provide technical support to customers.
  • Utilize tools such as Can Analyzer, CANape, CANoe, CANDela Studio, and ADAS testing software for diagnostic purposes.
  • Perform OTA updates, GPS tracking, and vehicle management services for clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in automobile service advisory or related field (diploma holders preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of automobiles, four-wheeler vehicles, GPS technologies, onboard diagnostics (OBD), OTA updates.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Must willing to work in Night Shift.

  • Preferred local candidates.

  • Experience in 4-wheelers service industry.
